FTBE，全称First Certificate for Teachers of Business English，是在全球126个国家和地区受到普遍认可的、由国际职业资格颁证机构LCCIIQ（英国伦敦工商会国际职业认证）所颁发的国际商务英语教师资格证书，专门为教师设计的国际商务英语教学资格证书。报考者需具备教授商务英语课程所需的知识与经验，测试考察商务实践与商务词汇知识，以及对运用商务英语专业教师教学方法的理解程度。参加FTBE培训与考试者，意在帮助教师学习商务理论、商务知识、在教学中熟练运用商务英语教学方法，在国际商务活动及实践中按照国际商务惯例正确解决和提高应对商务的实战能力。获证者可在全球范围内广泛发展、任职授课，并有利地证明自身的从业水平。

英国伦敦工商会国际职业认证LCCIIQ（London Chamber of Commerce and Industry International Qualifications）是国际性的考试机构，具有百年历史，获得多国认可，并且和各国教育部门开展广泛的合作，2002年由中国教育部考试中心引进，并在全国进行考试。它所颁发的证书和文凭在世界120多个国家5000多所大学、学院和培训机构受到普遍认可，每年大约25万名考生为进一步求学或职业发展报考LCCI的各类考试，证明自己的能力。

What is the FTBE? The First Certificate for Teachers of Business English prepares teachers who already hold ELT teaching qualifications with the knowledge and understanding required to teach Business English. It tests the knowledge of business practice and business vocabulary and understanding of applying professional teaching methodologies to Business English.
